Traveling Superintendent Construction | Nationwide Travel

Are you an experienced Superintendent who thrives on the jobsite, takes ownership, and doesn’t mind packing a suitcase?

We’re looking for a Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team and lead projects across the country.

This is an opportunity for a strong construction professional who enjoys variety, wants to work on high-impact projects, and is comfortable being the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for getting the job done right.

$150,000+ base salary , depending on experience

What You’ll Do

Lead daily field operations and project activities
Manage subcontractors, vendors, crews, and jobsite personnel
Maintain project schedules and keep work on track
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Coordinate materials, manpower, and deliveries
Communicate project progress with PMs, clients, and field teams
Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively
Maintain daily reports and project documentation

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality control
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
Construction software experience is a plus
