Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Compensation:$45,000
Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of the real estate transaction from contract to close, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Schedule and manage home inspections, repairs, and other necessary appointments to keep the transaction on track.
Assist with the preparation and organization of escrow documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to maintain transparency and trust.
Monitor and track transaction timelines, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
Review and confirm that all offers and counteroffers are approved and documented appropriately.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
