MGS Cleaning LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff member to join our growing team in New York, NY. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assigned facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to health and safety standards
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures throughout the facility
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to a supervisor
• Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment

Requirements:

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation best practices
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members
• Flexible availability, including evenings or weekends as needed
