You'll build relationships, make a positive impact, and gain valuable experience in the human services field.Wage: $18.00 per hourLocation: Multiple locations in North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake.Perks: Paid Training - Competitive Benefits - Overtime Pay - Flexible SchedulingSchedules Available:Part-time and full-time opportunities, ranging from 8–40 hours per weekMorning, evening, and overnight shiftsEvery-other-weekend availability requiredAdditional holiday and fill-in shifts availableWhat You'll Do:Provide respectful, individualized care.Assist with personal cares. (dressing, bathing, feeding, etc.)Support daily living activities. (cooking, cleaning, laundry)Participate in community outings. (bowling, shopping, movies, exercise)Follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines.Complete documentation and other assigned tasks.Qualifications:At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study.Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.Previous experience as a DSP, CNA, PCA, caregiver, or in a similar role is helpful but not required.No previous experience?
