Be the reason someone shines brighter today. Do you have a heart for helping others? At Ozell, LLC, we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Why Ozell, LLC
At Ozell, we believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive. As part of our team, you’ll make an impact every single day—whether it’s teaching a new skill, building confidence, or simply being a trusted companion. Together, we create opportunities for individuals to reach their goals and live life on their terms.
Our Services
We provide high-quality, person-centered supports tailored to each individual’s goals. Our Direct Support Professionals are at the heart of this mission—helping with daily living, skill-building, community inclusion, and compassionate care.
Employee Resources and Benefits
We believe in taking care of our team, just as we take care of the individuals we serve. Employees are provided opportunities for professional growth and ongoing training to ensure success in their roles. Ozell, LLC offers:
· Impact that matters – Every day you’ll see the difference you make.
· Paid training & growth – No experience? No problem. We’ll train you and help you grow.
· Flexible schedules – Full-time, part-time, and shifts that fit your life.
· Supportive team – Work with people who care, just like you.
Job Summary

· Encouraging community involvement and inclusion through meaningful activities.
· Maintaining accurate records and following individualized support plans.
